    Our Junior Cycle French students celebrated La chandeleur (Candlemas) which marks the end of the Christmas period in France by enjoying crêpes on February 2nd. Everyone had the opportunity to order their toppings in French with a choice of “du chocolat”, “du citron”, “du miel”, “des fraises” or “du sucre”.
