Stripe Young Scientist & Technology Exibition

Congratulations to Bella Fornaciai, Lilly Farrell, and Eve Bennet, who proudly represented our school at the Stripe Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition, held from January 7–10, 2026 at the RDS, Dublin.

Their project was a research-based investigation focused on raising awareness about pacemakers. Since the beginning of the school year, the students worked collaboratively to research pacemakers in depth. Their study explored the history of pacemakers, how they function, the different types available, why people may need them, and the significant impact pacemakers can have on a person’s quality of life.

Through their research, Bella, Lilly, and Eve discovered that while reliable information about pacemakers does exist, it is often limited and not widely known by the general public. The primary goal of their project was to help circulate this information more effectively and to increase public awareness of this life-changing medical technology.

We are extremely proud of their dedication, teamwork, and enthusiasm for Science, which they demonstrated throughout this impressive project.

Well done girls!
